Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in
- Make sure you have a working internet connection.
- Check that the email or phone number you used is correct.
- If the issue persists, email us using the address above with a short description.
The other person can't hear me on a call
- Open your device settings and make sure JSR has permission to use the microphone.
- Try ending the call and starting a new one.
- Restart the app if the problem continues.
I'm not receiving push notifications
- Check that notifications are enabled for JSR in your device settings.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking notifications.
- Reinstall the app if notifications still don't arrive.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to the support address above from the email registered with your account and we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
